Jay-Z has announced that he will take a break from recording his highly anticipated album The Blue Print 3, to hit the road.   The mogul will hit the road with a full band for the five dates that have been confirmed thus far, representatives for the rapper told AllHipHop.com.   The first of Jay-Z’s engagements begin July 3rd at the Pearl in the Palms Casino in Las Vegas.   Songbird Ciara will open for Jay-Z on select dates on the tour, which is still confirming dates across the country.   Below are confirmed dates thus far: July 3 Las Vegas, NV The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort July 4 Las Vegas, NV The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort July 7 Chicago, IL Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island July 10 Uncasville, CT Mohegan Sun Arena July 12 Atlanta, GA Chastain Park Amphitheatre
