The last Smokin’ Grooves tour was held in 1998 and featured Wyclef, Public Enemy, Cypress Hill, Busta Rhymes and Gangstarr with MOP. The tour started in 1996 with A Tribe Called Quest, Cypress Hill and a then united Fugees. With OutKast being the headliner, they said people won’t get a typical show from the duo. “It’s gonna be a little longer, since we’re headlining,” Dre said to VH-1. “We have a couple new songs under our belt.
