Puff Daddy has been hit with $3 Million dollar lawsuit by the driver that took Puff, Jennifer Lopez and Puff’s bodyguard away from a nightclub in December. The driver is claiming he suffered personal injuries and emotional distress. The driver has also indicated that the 9mm in the car belonged to Puff’s bodyguard, and not Puff, which may help him avoid jail time for the shooting. Puff will still have to explain why he offered the driver $50,000 to say the gun wasn’t his.
