Qtip has been formally arrested and charged with breaking a mans jaw inside of The Virgin Megastore in New York City. The two apparently began arguing over an incident last summer, in which Q-Tip prevented the man from handing out demo tapes in front of the Hit Factory recording studio last summer. Miranda said that he plans a civil suit against Q-Tip, who was released the same day, and is scheduled in court April 22nd. Miranda claims he has incurred at least $10,000 dollars in medical costs already. Q-Tip has also abandoned his spot on the DAngelo tour.
