Q-Tip, Lucy Pearl Collaborate

Q-Tip has hooked up with former Tribe Called Quest member Ali Shaheed Muhammad to create a cut for the upcoming Lucy Pearl album. The song entitled You, also features a performance by Snoop Dogg. Snoop recorded his vocals Via an ISDN line between Capitol Studios in L.A., and Avatar Studios in New York City. The album is not yet completed, and does not have a title. Judging by the talent in the group (Dawn Robinson from EnVogue and former Tony Tone Toni member Raphael Saadiq), the album should not be a disappointment. The album will be released on Pookie/Beyond Records in May.
