Rapper Jim Jones’ New Jersey Mansion Sold For $100

According to reports, The Diplomats co-founder has lost his New Jersey mansion in a foreclosure sale.

(AllHipHop News) Jim Jones recently made headlines when 6ix9ine snitched and claimed he was a “retired rapper,” formerly part of the Nine Trey Gangster Bloods.

But now the Harlem rapper has more important things to worry about.

Jim Jones and his long-term partner Chrissy Lampkin just lost their New Jersey mansion due to a foreclosure.

Back in 2017, the reality TV couple was sued by the U.S. National Bank Association for allegedly neglecting to pay their mortgage for seven years straight and now he owes over $1.2 million for the home.

The complaint shows Jones purchased the house in 2006 by taking out a $680K mortgage with a 6.875% interest rate.

He agreed to make payments of $4,467 each month. But the bank alleges Jones stopped paying for nearly a decade.

Under the terms of his mortgage, the entire amount would be due if he went into default.

Now, the bank solicited the court to issue a final judgement against the couple.

Neither Jim nor Chrissy have responded to the case, resulting in their home sold back to the bank at a Sheriff’s Sale earlier this year…for a whopping $100.

The 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is currently valued at $742K and was also featured as part of their storyline on Love & Hip Hop: New York.
