(AllHipHop News) Rappers Lil Wayne and Fat Joe will showcase their basketball skills on the court this weekend in Orlando, Florida, although the two superstar rappers will not be playing.
Orlando Magic superstar Dwight Howard has tapped the two rappers to serve as coaches during the D12 All-Star Basketball game, which will take place November 12–13.
The weekend event is designed to benefit the D12 Foundation, which Dwight Howard founded in 2010 to promote education, leadership and hope in youth.
On Saturday (November 12) the D12 Foundation will kick off the weekend with an annual celebrity bowling tournament, which is being held at Boardwalk Bowl in Orlando.
The following day (November 13), Lil Wayne and Fat Joe will coach the D12 All-Stars, which will feature NBA superstars like Vince Carter, Gilbert Arenas, Penny Hardaway, Matt Barnes and Jameer Nelson.
The bowling event at Boardwalk Bowl starts at 7:00 PM, while the celebrity basketball game starts at 7:00 PM at UCF Arena.
Tickets to the game range from $25-$100.
