Lil Wayne Reacts To Viral Waxwork After It Was Dragged On Social Media

Lil Wayne has spoken!  The Young Money Records founder has shared his thoughts on a wax replica of him commissioned by The Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. While the figure has been on display since last year, videos of the waxwork have recently been doing the rounds on social media.   The clip has gone viral, with people unimpressed by the Lil Wayne waxwork, which features the rapper bare-chested in an arms outstretched pose, displaying his tattoos.   “Tory Lanez escaping and posing as a Lil Wayne wax figure wasn’t on my bingo card,” one person joked, while another likened the figure to Trippie Redd. “Wax Statue Weezy Look like Trippie Redd dressed as Lil Wayne for Halloween.”  Others saw the creation as an insult.   “That Lil Wayne wax figure is so damn disrespectful lmfaoooo,” another person stated. ‘And why they did his hair like that?!?!! N#### had nice dreads they didn’t always look like they’re deteriorating.  Meanwhile, Lil Wayne caught wind of the attention his waxwork received. He took to X (formerly Twitter) Monday (October 23) to weigh in on the viral video and he’s not impressed.   “Sorry wax museum but dat s### ain’t me!” he said before praising the museum for attempting. “You tried tho and I appreciate the effort.”  Meanwhile, earlier this week, another museum promised to fix a whitewashed waxwork of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.   He took to social media to request the Grevin Museum in Paris, France update his figure “with some important details and improvements — starting with my skin color.”  The museum told Deadline they would “remedy it as quickly as possible.”
