Death Is Certain is Royce’s third album and will feature production by newcomer Asar, DJ Premier, Carlos Broady, as well as collaborations between D-Elite and members of the R&B trio, Next. "I talk about my ups and downs in the industry," Royce said. "The new single, ‘Throwback’ is hitting air waves now." In addition to Royce’s album, Make-It-Count is gearing up to release a new mixtape that features the D-Elite crew, hosted by Detroit’s DJ Butter. Death Is Certain is scheduled for a February 2004 release.
