Sporty Theivz’s Marlon Brandoe Killed

Sporty Theivz’s member Marlon Brandoe was struck and killed by a drunk driver in New York last night (May 10th) around 3 a.m. According to Sporty associates, Brandoe was walking out of a deli, when a drunk driver in a van ran up on the curb. Brandoe, who was just 22 years-old, heroically pushed his cousin out of harms way, only to be struck himself. The impact crushed both of his legs, sending his blood pressure plummeting. He died in route to the hospital. Brandoe recently had a new born son, and was saved as a Christian and fellowshipped on Sundays. Brandoe and the group enjoyed mainstream success with their songs "Cheapskates" and an answer record to T.L.C.’s "Scrubs," which was titled "Pigeons." Brandoe will be missed by family and friends alike, and we here at allhiphop.com send our condolences. May Brandoe Rest In Peace.
