Suge’s Former Lawyer Fined

David Kenner, former attorney for Suge Knight, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $10,000 in connection with failing to file his income tax return for 1994, when earned over $4 million dollars. Kenner was supposed to file that years return by October 15th, 1994. He was informed in February of 1997 that he was under criminal investigation related to the now infamous Death Row Records and filed his returns in December of 1997. Suge also recently settled his tax problems with the IRS, paying a $100,000 dollar fine, in exchange for having a federal racketeering probe dismissed.
