Wale Lands First #1 Single On Billboard+Twitter Top Chart

(AllHipHop News) Washington DC rapper Wale received some good news today (December 15), after it was announced his freestyle “Folarin Like” is going to debut at #1 on next week.

The new song from the Maybach Music Group artist is slated to top the Billboard+Twitter Top Tracks Chart for the week of December 24th.

Wale released “Folarin Like” on December 6th, and it is his first song to hit #1 since the Billboard + Twitter chart launched in May of 2014.

The song, which features Wale free styling over Nas’s 1999 song “Nas’ Like” currently has almost 350,000 plays around the world on SoundCloud.

The video for “Folarin” has over 117,000 global views.
