DID PAPOOSE RUIN SUMMER JAM’S FINALE?
(AllHipHop News) After nearly a year since the infamous Summer Jam 2012 incident, Nicki Minaj and Peter Rosenberg met for the first time this morning during an interview on Hot 97’s morning show. The in-person Q&A was set-up after Hot 97’s program director Ebro Darden reached out to the Young Money raptress on Twitter. Nicki and Rosenberg both give their side of the situation from last year’s Summer Jam when Nicki cancelled her performance after Rosenberg made comments about her pop song “Starships.” Nicki said the issue is “water under the bridge” and now believes she should have performed that night for the fans. She also admitted she never actually heard Rosenberg’s comments, but she was informed about what he said from her fans. Nicki, Rosenberg, and Ebro go on to talk about “going pop,” Nicki’s new movie role, whether she considers herself a “diva,” and Nicki possibly making an appearance at this year’s Summer Jam scheduled for this weekend.
