A shirtless man found himself in an unusual predicament: stuck in a basketball hoop, flailing upside down with his ankle tangled in the net.
Nearly a dozen officers and a crowd looked on as the man thrashed around, dangling from the net by his foot. At one point, the entangled man lifted himself up to pop his head through the hoop and try to free his foot himself — but to no avail.
