Cook Islands
If you live on the West Coast, a European weekend trip might be out of the question. However, the Pacific islands could be more in reach. Many of these islands are notoriously expensive to visit, however, there are a few exceptions. A great example is the Cook Islands. These beautiful islands could be a great weekend escape for city-dwellers – much of the country is unspoiled by man and it is popular for outdoor adventure leisure activities. Some of these activities include scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, and hiking.
