‘BMF’ star Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. was charged with first-degree grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.

Rumors about Lil Meech getting arrested turned out to be true.

According to the Miami Herald, the BMF star allegedly stole a watch worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Demetrius Flenory Jr. was charged with first-degree grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.

Miami police say Lil Meech visited Haimov Jewelers on February 4. He agreed to buy a $275,000 Richard Mille watch, but store owner Moshe Haimov set certain conditions for the purchase. Flenory had to trade in an $80,00 Rolex, then make $100,000 payments in March and April.

Lil Meech allegedly returned to the jewelry shop on February 14 and asked Haimov to repair the watch, which was missing stones. Haimov agreed to loan Flenory a more expensive watch, a $350,000 Mexico edition Richard Mille, on consignment.

The 22-year-old actor claimed he needed the watch for a GQ photoshoot. He signed a memorandum stating he’d return the piece to Haimov within three days.

But Lil Meech never returned the watch. Two weeks later, he allegedly brought it to another jeweler called Timepiece Trading. He secured a deal to exchange the $350,000 watch for a Richard Mille Yohan Blake edition.

Haimov discovered Lil Meech went to Timepiece Trading on the business’ Instagram page. He alerted the police, which led to authorities calling Flenory. Police asked the Detroit native to turn himself in, but he allegedly hung up the phone.

Cops responded by serving Flenory with a warrant. He surrendered to authorities at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.

Police booked Lil Meech on felony charges. He was released on a $150,000 bond.
